The location of the property was particularly good and lovely as we were really close to the Old Town and the RENFE station, old city/Cathedral, and the "city center".

The time I spent there was enjoyable. Exceptional service, although a few employees were careless. The rooms were a nice size and equipped with a full bath, beautiful warm wooden floors, as example. Its location was unbeatable, in the sun sight-seeing, and in a relatively quiet area. Had tea and goodies at Panaderia Mario, nestled 1 km of the hotel. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Santiago de Compostela...

Came in Santiago de Compostela to relax and have fun, this small hotel was good base for doing it. The staff was very-very nice, kept everything spotless and very good. The room we had was wonderful and bright with ample closet space and comfortable bed linens, as example. The location of the property was favourable and lovely - at a medium distance from Tourism Office;)))

The welcome at receiption was warm and excellent. Beig able to eat between 4pm and 10pm was an added bonus which we enjoyed on the day we arrived and again on a day we had a late lunch & needed to get to bed early before a hectic day ahead.
On the 4th floor which is part of the attic a lot of the space is out of reach because of the height of the ceiling which I kept banking my head off getting in and out of bed. In a furure re-furbishment an extention of the Velox windows would give a lot more head-room.

Helpful staff, ideally located for getting to Old Town. Room was modern and clean with good bathroom. Liked the free afternoon/evening refreshments. Parking was close, convenient (and relatively cheap with the hotel discount) although a bit tricky with a large car.

Location perfect, staff very helpful, enjoyed good breakfasts.
We thought the towels were very thin. We didnt like the twin beds but when we arrived after walking the final stage of the camino we didnt have the energy to ask for a change of room!
